Increase claims revenue by an additional 35%

Supplementing is a crucial component of building, scaling, and sustaining a profitable insurance restoration business. The insurance claims process is often slow, costing you time and money, resulting in sluggish workflows and cashflows. Staring at the computer screen, back-and-forth phone calls, and emails with the adjusters keep you from focusing your attention on the heart of your business.

Write My Supplement streamlines the claims process by providing clear and efficient estimates for adjusters to review. Our systematic reconciliation process ensures that your insurance claim supplement doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. For you, this translates into faster responses and faster payouts to keep your business flowing.

Our team of professionals is knowledgeable in Xactimate. We build comprehensive estimates with the line items it takes to complete the work. We interact with a variety of insurance carriers and understand how to navigate the supplement claims process. Our results speak for themselves with an average claims approval amount increase of 35% for our clients. How can your business use an additional 35% in revenue?

Our Process

i
Create

We create the Xactimate estimate based on a detailed review of the documents submitted by the contractor and a line item analysis via Xactimate to ensure we’re not leaving anything out.  We complete this step by sending the estimate to the contractor or carrier.

Follow Up

We follow up the estimate 24 hours after submission to the carrier and continue to follow up every two to three days until the supplement is resolved. We update the contractor along the way for payments released and/or regular claim progress.

Reconcile

We “speak adjuster,” which means we stand behind our estimate and work to get it approved. We provide unlimited revisions because as the job progresses, the scope of work can change.

Close Out

We send all of the final documents to the contractor and submit a supplement breakdown when the supplement process is complete.

Types of Estimates We Write

We “Speak
Adjuster”

So, what’s the secret to our success?  Our professionals have years of experience as independent claims adjusters working catastrophe (CAT) and daily claims. This skillset allows us to “speak adjuster” and write the estimates that claim adjusters want to see.  Our thorough, yet efficient, presentation of estimates make the claims adjuster’s job easier, which translates to higher approved claim amounts for our clients!
